Patience

How do you teach a 4 1/2 year old kid about being patient? Heck, I myself get annoyed and irritated when I am made to wait in a line for too long or anything that requires waiting.

So when I ask my tantrum showing, hissy fit niece to be patient or having patience, she asked me to explain. TROUBLE.

Since I am still using the computer, why don't you go and watch Playhouse Disney and when I am done I will let you know. AND Do not come into the room until or unless I call you in. Stay away from the room. AND do not ask me "Are you done yettttttt?"

She proudly skip her way out of the room proclaiming to her mum that she's being patient by watching tv until I'm done with MY computer.

Somehow I should have a blog aptly tittled "My life as an aunt: Parenting crash course.

Alright, I'm done here. Need to keep my word to her. GAH! lol"

I am now terrified of being where I am. Religious extremist not only scares me but disgust me in every way. Not saying that we should abandoned our religious and culture beliefs for something. Let the people think for themselves. Draw the line gracefully. Laws provokes idiocy, beliefs turns a man blind.

One hot weekend

You see, I still like this thing. The mud, sweat and beer galore. Can't deny I have more fun outside under the sun than sitting in the office. Out of the hundreds I shot, I like about twenty of the photos. That's not too bad for action shoot. I like weekends like this.

1st-2nd May is another 4WD challenge. But it's a six hours drive to Sandakan. Not that I mind (heck, I drove/traveled longer than that before) but unlike all the other 4wd "hub", Sandakan would be boring for a lady. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Back again

If there is one thing that keeps me sane, it would be web designing. The coding, the tweaking and all those mumbo jumbo. I have been at it since 2002(?) up to now. It slow down last year after working full-time, free-lancing and all the other things. Now, since I have gazillion time in my hands, I am back at it again and I FEEL GREAT!

Donkey years ago, Da & Hai were the two people who supported me doing what I do best (according to them lah) which is web & graphic designing. AND writing. I would write endlessly about everything. But I never had the chance to actually take it to a professional level. Tried but never had the luck. I am however trying to change that now but that doesn't mean I won't get a proper full-time job. Heck, I have bills that don't get paid on time and some that still have not been paid. -,-

Anyways, this is it. A day of tweaking on an Easter sunday. I lay egss and now it hatched into this site and this one. Visit the link and let me know. Comment! It might be cliche (the other site) but why not eh?

I'm feeling great! Yayness! Cue the victory dance. If you're wondering what is the photo doing there, that's my other source of yayness. The past one week I've been thinking of this particular drink. Don't know why but I might have to make a trip for a drink soon. :)
