Freezing time
Funny how the title resembles to what I actually do. A photographer freezes time. We, try to capture the moment as we see it using this complicated machine.Only the photographer knows what he or she felt when they took that particular photo. And only they know the exact feeling.
Anyways, with all the "going ons", I do wish I could freeze time. Not turn it back, but just freeze it. I just miss not doing anything on a Sunday. I miss not doing anything after 5. I'm not regretting, don't get me wrong. My job isn't exactly a point and shoot. You blink, you'll miss. There's hours working on the puter, hours just trying to nail that shot, hours lost to practicing instead of just sleeping, or watching tv. Crap, when was the last time I watched tv?
I remember telling someone something very important today. And I must admit, I surprised myself for saying that too.
"We can't win them all. We can't do it all. It's better to be good in one thing rather than nothing at all. We have to find balance. I know I do."
